Trombone Geek is a resource for trombone players and aspiring trombone players of all ages and all parts of the world.
It is managed by me, Kevin Christensen.
I have played trombone since the age of 10 and have played professionally for 20+ years.
I started playing the trombone in the school band - mostly because my best friend wanted to join. After that I joined a marching band and continued playing in high school.
I have studied jazz trombone at the Royal Conservatory in Den Haag (Netherlands) and in the Rythmic Conservatory in Copenhagen (Denmark).
I have toured in some 20+ countries on three continents and have been fortunate enough to play with some of the biggest names in jazz.
I love playing the trombone (most of the time).
